What we are working toward

DGFari AI is built to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need larger text. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We are not claiming to have arrived. This page says where we are.

What is in place today

  • The conversation is announced to a screen reader as a log, and each message says who spoke.
  • A reply is announced when it arrives, and stays quiet while it is being written.
  • Buttons that show only an icon carry a text label a screen reader can read.
  • Keyboard focus is visible wherever you tab.
  • Animation follows your system setting for reduced motion.
  • Text can be zoomed in your browser, and the conversation is set at sixteen pixels on a phone.
  • The app declares itself dark, so nothing flashes white while a page is loading.

What is not done yet

  • Some secondary text sits below the contrast we want against the background.
  • A few small controls are smaller than the target size we would like to hit everywhere.
  • We have not had an independent audit, and we do not have a formal conformance report.

We would rather write this down than leave it out. If you find something not listed here, that is worth knowing and we want to hear it.

Telling us about a barrier

Use Send feedback in the account menu, or write to support@dgfariai.com. Tell us what you were trying to do, what device and assistive technology you were using, and what happened instead. We reply within five working days.

If something blocks you from what you paid for

Write to us and we will help you directly while we fix it, including a refund if you cannot use what you are paying for. Nobody should be paying for a product they cannot reach.
